5. Payments, Deposits, and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the newport city platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through supported local payment channels made available to Filipino players. You may only deposit and withdraw funds using payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payment arrangements are not permitted. Newport city reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.
Processing times vary depending on the payment method used. Deposits are typically credited quickly; withdrawal timelines depend on the selected method and any pending verification requirements. Newport city is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
If you believe a transaction has been processed incorrectly, you must contact our support team within a reasonable period. 6. Limitation of Liability and Account Policy
Newport city provides the platform on an "as is" basis and makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform and accept no liability for losses arising from technical interruptions, maintenance periods, or circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, newport city shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from game outcomes. Gaming on the platform carries inherent risk, and you acknowledge that you participate at your own discretion.
Account Suspension and Closure: Newport city reserves the right to suspend or close any account at its sole discretion if it determines that a user has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or prohibited conduct, any funds held in the account may be withheld pending investigation.
7. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Content, and Applicable Law
Intellectual Property: All content on the newport city platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, software, game interfaces, text, and design elements — is the exclusive property of newport city or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
